Wedding Manager Services:

Designed for a couple who would like to make their own arrangements with the help of a Wedding Planner Workbook customized to their ideas but would like to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about anything but being on time.  This package includes all the services in the Consultation Package as well as:

- Rehearsal and wedding day timeline meeting with the couple and attendants

- Confirmation of all vendors and providing them with our information to act as their on-site contact

- Meeting with site coordinator at venue to discuss details of timing, menu and floor plan/layout

- Ceremony and rehearsal coordination

- Direction and supervision of rehearsal

- Directing Decor set-up

- Directing vendor set-up

- Distribution of final vendor payments

- Directing processional, recessional and receiving line

- Guest management

- Cue wedding party and family for cake-cutting, toasts, etc.

We will direct the whole day up until the end of the formal program.
