Wedding Manager Services Calgary
Designed for a couple who would like to make their own arrangements nevertheless would like to enjoy their wedding day without having to worry about anything but being on time. We will go over all the details and arrangements that have been made to confirm that all aspects have been taken care of.
This package includes all the services in the Consultation Package as well as:
- Three, one hour consultations plus unlimited phone and email consultation
- Confirmation with all vendors and providing them with our information to act as their on-site contact
- Reception site evaluation to discuss floor plans and layout
- Present for morning bridal party preparations
- Use of Bridal Emergency Kit
- Ceremony and rehearsal coordination
- Directing decor set-up and final touches to make sure reception site is in good order before guests arrive
- Directing vendor set-up
- Distribution of final vendor payments
- Directing processional, recessional and receiving line
- Guest management
- Cue wedding party and family for cake-cutting, toasts, etc.
We will direct the whole day up until the end of the formal program.
